Overview

The Purchase Orders settings let you customize the default email message sent when sharing purchase orders with vendors.

What You Can Do

• Set email message — Define the default email body text for purchase order emails
• Customize communication — Tailor the message to match your company tone

How to Access

Navigate to Settings → Purchase Orders. Available when the Purchase Orders module is enabled.
