Task Templates let you define reusable sets of tasks that can be applied to jobs, projects, or other records. This ensures consistent task assignment across your team.

What You Can Do

  • View templates — See all saved task templates
  • Create templates — Build templates with predefined task lists
  • Edit templates — Modify existing task templates
  • Delete templates — Remove templates that are no longer needed

How to Access

Navigate to Settings → Task Templates from the main navigation menu.
