Overview
Job Types categorize the different kinds of work your company performs. These types help organize jobs and can be used for filtering and reporting.
Default Job Types
- Inspection — Routine system inspections
- Installation — New system installations
- Maintenance — Scheduled maintenance work
- Repair — System repair and fixes
- Troubleshoot — Diagnostic and troubleshooting visits
What You Can Do
- View job types — See all configured job types
- Add job types — Create new categories for your work
- Edit or delete — Modify or remove existing job types
- Offer a job type for online booking — Switch on Available for online booking, set a Booking duration (minutes), and optionally a Customer-facing label shown instead of the internal name
How to Access
Navigate to Settings → Job Types. Available when the Jobs module is enabled.
