Email Templates settings

Overview

Email Templates let you create reusable email content for emails sent from Forz. Default templates fill in document emails, and custom templates are offered when you email contacts.

What You Can Do

• View templates — See the default and custom email templates and preview each one on desktop or mobile

• Create templates — Build custom templates with a subject line and a formatted message

• Use merge fields — Add record, contact, and company details with Insert field

• Edit in HTML — Paste or write raw HTML with Edit HTML

• Edit templates — Update the subject, message, or sender of any template

How to Access

Navigate to Settings → Email Templates. Available to admins.
