Create and manage labels for organizing records.

Overview

Labels provide a flexible way to tag and categorize records across your system. You can create color-coded labels for different record types to help with organization and filtering.

Supported Categories

  • Customers, Leads, Deals

  • Estimates, Jobs, Projects, Invoices

What You Can Do

  • View labels — See all labels organized by category

  • Create labels — Add new labels with custom names and colors

  • Edit labels — Change label names and colors

  • Delete labels — Remove labels that are no longer needed

How to Access

Navigate to Settings → Labels from the main navigation menu.
