Integrations

Overview

Integrations connect Forz with other services. Use them to take online invoice payments and to keep your accounting software in sync.

Available Integrations

• Stripe — Let customers pay invoices online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link, and by bank account (ACH) in the US. Payouts go to your bank and Stripe fees apply.
• QuickBooks Online — Sync customers, invoices, and payments with QuickBooks.
• Zoho Books — Sync customers, invoices, and payments with Zoho Books.

What You Can Do

• Connect services — Click Connect on a card and follow the steps. Only Admins and the Account Admin can connect Stripe. Other users see its status but no buttons.
• Check status — Each card shows whether the service is connected. While Stripe finishes your account setup, its card shows Continue Setup. Once ready, it shows Accepting payments.
• Configure sync — Use the settings button on a connected accounting card. You can connect one accounting app at a time: disconnect QuickBooks Online before connecting Zoho Books.
• Disconnect — Click Disconnect on a connected accounting card. To disconnect Stripe, contact Forz support.

How to Access

Navigate to Settings → Integrations. The Stripe card appears when the Invoices module is enabled.
