Overview

Job Templates let you save commonly used job configurations as templates that can be quickly applied when creating new jobs. This saves time and ensures consistency.

What You Can Do

  • View templates — See all saved job templates

  • Create templates — Build new templates with predefined job details, tasks, and line items

  • Edit templates — Update existing templates as your processes change

  • Apply templates — Use a template when creating a new job to auto-fill details

How to Access

Navigate to Settings → Job Templates. Available when the Jobs module is enabled.
