Custom Roles

Create and manage custom permission roles for your team.

Overview

Custom Roles let you create tailored permission sets beyond the default Admin and Worker roles. This gives you fine-grained control over what each team member can access and do.

Default Custom Roles

  • Manager — Broad access with some administrative restrictions
  • Staff — Standard access for day-to-day operations

What You Can Do

  • View roles — See all custom roles and their permissions
  • Create roles — Build new roles with specific permission sets
  • Edit permissions — Adjust what each role can access
  • Assign roles — Apply custom roles to users

Note: Admin and Worker are system roles and cannot be modified. Custom roles provide additional flexibility between these two levels.

How to Access

Navigate to Settings → Custom Roles from the main navigation menu.
