Configure default settings and messages for invoices.

Overview

The Invoices settings let you customize the default customer notes that appear on your invoices.

What You Can Do

  • Set default customer notes — Define text that automatically appears on new invoices

  • Customize messaging — Add payment instructions, terms, or thank-you messages

How to Access

Navigate to Settings → Invoices from the main navigation menu. Available when the Invoices module is enabled.
