Scheduling Jobs or Events
Discover how to schedule jobs or events from a job or from the calendar.
1) Click the “Schedule” button to choose between two scheduling options.

2) First, schedule the job using the “Form View” option.

3) Fill out the “Schedule Event” form and assign team members in the “Schedule for” dropdown field.

4) Click the “Save” button to schedule the job.

5) To use the second method, click the “Schedule” button again.

6) Select the “Calendar View” option.

7) Choose the ideal time slot to assign the job to a team member.

8) To edit the job’s scheduled event, click the “Edit” button.

9) You can also delete it by clicking the “Delete” button.

10) Choose an ideal time slot for a team member to create an event or assign a job.

11) First, click “New Event”

12) Fill out the “Schedule Event” form and enter the location.

13) Click the “Save” button to schedule the event.

14) To schedule an existing job, choose an ideal time slot for the team member again.

15) Click the “Schedule Job” option.

16) Find the job and click the “Schedule Job” button.

17) Click any event or job in the calendar to view its details.

18) For jobs, click “View Job”


20) For events, click “Edit Event”
