Overview

Smart Lists are saved, filtered views of your data. They allow you to create custom lists based on specific criteria so you can quickly access the records you need.

What You Can Do

  • View smart lists — See all configured smart lists
  • Create smart lists — Build custom filtered views with multiple criteria
  • Edit filters — Adjust the filter conditions on existing lists
  • Share lists — Make smart lists available to your team

How to Access

Navigate to Settings → Smart Lists. Available when the Smart Lists module is enabled.
