Inventory Adjustment Reasons let you define standardized reasons for when inventory quantities are manually adjusted. This helps maintain accurate records and audit trails.

What You Can Do

  • View reasons — See all configured adjustment reasons
  • Add reasons — Create new reasons such as Damaged, Lost, Returned, or Count Correction
  • Edit or delete — Modify or remove existing reasons

How to Access

Navigate to Settings → Inventory Adjustment Reasons from the main navigation menu.
