Status Options let you define and customize the status values available for different record types. This allows you to tailor workflows to match your business processes.

Supported Categories

  • Customers — Track customer lifecycle stages
  • Leads — Manage lead pipeline stages
  • Deals — Track deal progress
  • Estimates — Monitor estimate status
  • Jobs — Track job progress from scheduling to completion
  • Projects — Manage project phases
  • Invoices — Track invoice payment status
  • Tasks — Monitor task completion

What You Can Do

  • View statuses — See all status options per category
  • Add statuses — Create custom status values with colors
  • Reorder statuses — Arrange statuses in your preferred order
  • Set defaults — Choose which status is applied to new records

How to Access

Navigate to Settings → Status Options from the main navigation menu.
