View history of record reassignments between users.
Overview
Reassignment Logs track when records are reassigned from one user to another. This provides an audit trail for accountability and helps you understand workload distribution changes.
What You Can Do
- View logs — See a history of all reassignments with dates, users, and record details
- Filter logs — Search and filter by user, date, or record type
How to Access
Navigate to Settings → Reassignment Logs from the main navigation menu.
