Overview
Skills let you define competencies and certifications that can be assigned to team members. Skills are used for job matching and scheduling to ensure the right person is assigned to each job.
What You Can Do
- View skills — See all defined skills
- Add skills — Create new skill types
- Assign to users — Associate skills with team members in their user profile
- Edit or delete — Modify or remove existing skills
How to Access
Navigate to Settings → Skills from the main navigation menu.
